THE FIRM

Xavier began his professional career in 2004 in Paris within the “Transactions” departments of international law firms (PwC / Sarrau Thomas Couderc – STC Partners / KPMG). He then joined a reputable regional firm in 2010 before founding the firm IXIS in 2017.

Xavier acted in more than 180 transactions (Acquisitions / Sales / Fundraising) on behalf of companies, investment funds & buyers. He is regularly sought after for his legal negotiations practice and his expertise in tax matters.

Co-founder of the “Business Law & Taxation” Chair at the University of Bordeaux, Xavier is a lecturer in Masters II – DJCE (corporate lawyer diploma) and at the Barristers School.

Xavier graduated from Paris I – Sorbonne University (Masters II) and Bordeaux University (Masters I).

Alexis began his professional career in 2000 within international law firms in Paris (Andersen / PwC), before joining in 2005 the “Corporate – Family Business” department of the Parisian business law firm STC Partners (formerly – Sarrau Thomas Couderc), partner of KPMG TS then of the international Andersen Tax & Legal network.

Alexis regularly works on corporate restructuring, corporate agreements (joint ventures), family governance and capital transactions. He is also sought after for his skills in financial law and corporate finance.

Alexis graduated from IEP Paris (SciencePo) and Paris II University – Assas.

Nathalie began her professional career in 2004 in Paris in the HR Department of an middle-sized company (CONSORT NT – 2,000 employees). She then joined in 2010 (HRM) a national player in property development (PICHET / 1,000 employees) then in 2016 (HRD) a group under LBO (SERMA – 900 employees).

Nathalie has transversal skills in employment law, HR management and corporate law. With 14 years of business experience, she provides operational advice with a true results culture. Nathalie also acts as an outsourced HR manager for some of our Clients.

Nathalie graduated from IGS – RH School (HR Masters) and from Bordeaux and Paris – Sorbonne Universities (Masters I).

She works in French and in English.

Manon joined IXIS after two successful experiences in the Paris offices of the international law firms DLA PIPER (2019-2021) and FRESHFIELDS (2021-2023).

Manon develops transversal skills in Private Equity, M&A and corporate law. She regularly participates in private equity transactions, business link-ups (JV) and management package negotiations.

Manon graduated Paris I – Sorbonne University (Masters II) and Aix Marseille University (Masters I).

She works in French and in English.

Sophie joined IXIS after a successful 4-year experience within regional business law firms.

Sophie develops transversal skills in M&A, corporate law and contract law. She regularly participates in company takeover operations (LBO), legal due diligence and negotiation of partners’ agreements.

Sophie graduated from Lille II University (Masters II) Bordeaux University (Masters I).

She works in French and in English.

Hadrien joined IXIS after two successful experiences within the FIDAL firm and the Bordeaux Administrative Court of Appeal (Tax Chamber).

Hadrien develops transversal skills in corporate taxation, wealth taxation and international taxation.

He regularly participates in the tax structuring of M&A operations, tax due diligence and tax optimisation of professional/personal assets.

Hadrien graduated from Bordeaux University (Masters II – DJCE / Masters I).
